Mrs. Corrieri and I thought it might be fun if you had a virtual pet for our wiki classroom so we have found an online pet store!! Kind of cool, don't you think? We have to decide what kind of pet we want. We can choose between a bat, bunny, duck, fish, hamster, hedgehog, kitten, llama, monkey, panda, penguin, pig, puppy, spider, tiger, turtle, wolf, horse, or chick. Think about which pet you think would be best for our class. Once you've decided, use the edit button, scroll down, type which pet you vote for, and then provide convincing reason why this should be our class pet. Only the people who do the wiki assignment correctly will be allowed to vote for the class pet. Voting will be on Friday in class.

To add your idea and reasonsing to the list you will click on the edit button on the top right side of the page. The edit toolbar will appear on the page. Place your cursor following the LAST ENTRY and click the enter key on your computer keyboard. The cursor will then be under the last number. Type the next number, enter the type of pet, the reasons why you picked that animal, and then your first name. PLEASE be very careful to follow these directions carefully so you do not delete anyone's work.
1.kittin:Because they are sooooooooo cute,playful,sweet,kind,adorable.They love attention and purr when they get it.Debbie Mattoon.
2. kitten: This kitten is cute, fluffy, and ADORABLE!!!! I also think we should choose a kitten because with kittens, there are SOOO many silly and different names we could choose from!Also because when you put your curser near its head, it plays with you! -Caty Chmura :D
3. Spider: Because if your scared of spiders you might not be anymore. They come in diferent shapes and sizes and they cam have cool designs and there colors. They help the world to not be a bug pardise. Ben Shaw.
4. I think our vitual class pet should be a kitten because they are very cute. Also they are always friendly and love to purr. They also love there owners and obey them. Finally, I think it should be a kitten because they are really adorable. -Patrick
5. I think our virtual pet should be a monkey because they are really cute and happy. Monkeys are energetic, fun , and also intelligent!~Abby:D
6. I think the class virtual pet should be a hadgehog because they are cute and they do flips and roll around when you click them a few times

8. I think our virtual pet should be a puppy because they are very playful and alway's want attension. And I like how they are so fluffy, I love how they all come in different shapes and sizes. And they can help the world by helping blind people like guide dogs. -Zack
9.I think our class pet should be the monkey because the monkeys are cute and they are energetic like us,also monkeys are unique to have as a pet because not anybody has a monkey as a pet! Monkeys are also very cute! (well most are) -Brian :)
10. I think our class pet should be a puppy beacuse they are cute, fun loving and could be helpful in our classroom . Also I think it should be a dog because they need love from people and we can help a lot with that. Also there is a ton of cute and silly names for them and various breeds of dogs !!! - Anna
11.I think our class virtual pet should be a puppy because they're fun,CUTE very cute ,they're funny,and their tals wiggle,there are many differnt breeds of puppys/dogs and they LOVE LOVE LOVE attention,they dont sleep alot so you can spend more time with them and they help people that need it. Have you ever seen a person in a wheel chair and a dog helping them - I have. Even though this is a virtual pet it could still help us for example if you are feeling sad you could look at the puppy/dog and the puppy/dog can make you feel special. Thats why I think a puppy/dog should be our class pet. ~ Caity Emirzian
12. Hamster. I would like our class virtual pet to be a hamster because they are small and easy to take care of. If you click on the picture of the hamster, it will run on it's wheel. It's funny and looks like it would be fun to do. I had a hamster named Frank but he died and it would be nice to have our class pet be a hamster too. Mike
13. I think our virtual pet should be a wolf because they are cool looking and are an endangered species. Like our class they are usually part of a pack, but occasionally they go on their own.luke
